The trend bible Monocle selected UP as one of its summer reads. In the magazine’s new supplement, entitled Monocle Mediterraneo special, UP is recommended as essential reading matter during the holiday season, alongside such cult publications as El Pais, El Viajero, Vogue Living and Daniel Clowes’ comics. In relation to the Portuguese air company’s in-flight magazine, it says that “it has an eye on culture, from Venice to the Amazon”. In its newspaper format, this special summer publication boasts reports, articles, interviews, as well as fashion and travel tips.
